Françoise is a passionate woman and a bold entrepreneur who thrives on reinvention and challenges. Fully engaged, she leverages her ability to learn and her creativity to ride enthusiastically and sharply toward professional goals. Her career path, after a legal education, led her into the field of professional training. She served as Head of Studies at the Institut Paul Bocuse from 2001 to 2006, Head of the Entrepreneur Center at the CCI of Bourg-en-Bresse from 2006 to 2008, and later as Director of a professional training center. A horse lover and rider, Françoise trained in équicoaching and managerial coaching at HEC. In 2011, she founded her training and coaching firm ATIPPIK, where she spent 12 years consulting in HR recruitment and assessment center management. In 2023, she took the reins of PRAVINS Sellier alongside Albéric and now serves as General Director.

An entrepreneur since completing his business studies, he has created two companies and taken over another, each in different sectors: Internet, Food Service, and Services.

Leatherworking is truly a part of Albane’s life. Since 2021, she has been pursuing her studies with Les Compagnons du Devoir. With a CAP in leatherwork and a professional baccalaureate in hand, she has already been on her Tour de Francefor four years, honing her skills and expertise.

As a passionate saddler, Justine does more than craft—she rides too. Her love for horse riding and her connection with horses give her a unique understanding of equestrian accessories and leather equipment, a bond she experiences firsthand. With a scientific baccalaureate in hand, Justine took time to reflect on her path and decided to pursue her dream of becoming a Sellier Harnacheur. In 2020, she passed the entrance exams for IFCE at Haras du Pin and earned her CAP Sellier Harnacheur a year later. After gaining experience at a major saddlery company, she joined PRAVINS Sellier in 2023. Her core values are altruism, teamwork, and responsibility.
